Love them. Perfect
I ordered Carlisha sofa/side coffee tables in January.
I immediately contacted customer service to make sure they had the correct delivery instructions (it's a bit difficult/confusing to find my front door due to how this lot of land was built upon); I was warned that if I wasn't home, I would have to reorganise delivery, but thankfully it was my day off when it did.
Customer service was polite, helpful, and efficient from start to finish (thank you so much, Naomi!).
And the packaging, wow! All pieces were wrapped up and held securely and safely in place inside the box with various packing materials (styrofoam, etc.), but the surprising part was how the edges of the box were reinforced with hard cardboard liners, and the corners were all reinforced with plastic corner cuppings! The box did have some damage on the outside when it arrived, but that happens, so the foresight of all the packaging meant nothing was damaged in transit.
And all in all it only took about two weeks to arrive (Sydney, NSW address).
Next time I want some furniture, I'm definitely coming here first to see what they have!
