Items are delivered to your home by appointing to your room of choice, with unpacking service, removal of boxes, and assembly. (disposal of old furniture is not included.)

To use this service, please choose white glove service at checkout, and reach out to us by livechat or email upon parcel receiving. Our service agent will arrange onsite visit according to your schedule.

Installment of electronics such as lights or home appliances is not included in White Glove Service due to special license requirements.

    Please check the conditions of the product before requiring the service. In case of product damage, please contact customer service for replacement.

    Kindly note that assembler is not directly hired by cozymatic, and their option or action out of assembly service is not authorised by cozymatic. In case of any product damage due to assembly, please come to our customer service directly.

    White Glove Service is carried by different party from delivery carrier. So please reach out to our service agent upon receiving, so we will schedule service visit.
