Careful Handling: White Glove Delivery starts with the careful handling of items. Careful handling by trained professionals ensures item protection throughout White Glove Delivery.

Delivery to Room of Choice: Unlike standard deliveries, where items might be left at the doorstep, White Glove Delivery involves bringing the items inside the recipient's home or specified location. This can include navigating stairs, hallways, and tight spaces to ensure safe placement.

Unpacking: Once the delivery is complete, our team will unpack the product and remove all packaging materials, trash, and debris, leaving your space clean and organized. (ASSEMBLY IS NOT INCLUDED)

Service Terms

Please check the conditions of the product before requiring the service. In case of product damage, please contact customer service for replacement.

Kindly note that assembler is not directly hired by cozymatic, and their option or action out of assembly service is not authorised by cozymatic. In case of any product damage due to assembly, please come to our customer service directly.
