Before dispatch, COZYMATIC will carefully check and pack your product, and this process might take up to 2 weeks. Once dispatched, tracking link will be sent by email, and it looks like this.
Step 1 from shipping confirmation email
Click the track package to access order status page.
Step 2 from order status page
Click the tracking number/link on the bottom to access latest update of your order shipping.
